AB 38 Inspection

Starting July 1st 2021 it is required to disclose to a home buyer that your home was built prior to January 1st 2010, if you are in a high, or very high fire hazard severity zone. It is also required to disclose if the property is in compliance with 4291 of the public resources code. This inspection will meet both those requirements and give a list of home hardening recommendations to improve your chance of survivability.

Home Inspection

Our comprehensive Wildfire Risk Assessment Inspection for your home informs you of all the risks and benefits of the property you own. This inspection includes a Wildfire Risk Assessment Score (WRAS), along with a comprehensive list of the hazards, improvements. and benefits of the property inspected.

Commercial Inspection

Any business subject to the threat of wildfire can receive a custom wildfire risk assessment inspection. We will tailor our inspection to meet your needs for both reducing fire risk and insurance assessment.

Re-Inspection

If you received a WRA score that is unfavorable you may need re-inspection. Re-Inspection is needed after all remediation and property improvement suggestions have been met. We will revisit your property, update photos, and rescore your property.
